can I print a report itemizing the 2024 and 2023 QB subscription payment I made

Welcome to the Community, generationspsllc.

You can access your QuickBooks subscription payments through the Subscriptions and billing option. If you need a year or multiple years of your QuickBooks subscription payments, specifically for the years 2023 and 2024, to assist with your tax filing requirements, I recommend contacting our live support. Allow me to guide you on how to access your QuickBooks subscription payments.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Navigate to the Gear icon.
  2. Within the PROFILE column, select the Subscriptions and billing option.

  3. Click View payment history. From there, you should be able to obtain a PDF or CSV copy of your invoices, which you can print for tax purposes.

Should the invoices for 2023 and 2024 be unavailable in the Subscriptions and billing section, please reach out to our live support for immediate assistance. Be sure to check the availability hours of our live support to ensure a successful connection.

To contact our live support, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the (?) Help icon.
  2. Select the Search tab, then enter 'live support' in the Search questions, keywords or topics field.
  3. Click Contact Us, and choose either the Chat or Callback options.

Furthermore, to ensure that all your transactions for the tax period are accurately recorded, you can read the following article: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

Good luck with your tax preparations! The Community is always ready to assist you if needed.
