If you need to reset your Quicken account, I'd suggest getting in touch with them. They have the tools to check and help you start over your account. You may use this link for your reference: Quicken support.
If you need to start over with your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, we can purge your account to start over. However, this process will only take effect if the QBO age is less than 60 days. Here's how:
• Before: https://...qbo.intuit.com/app/homepage
• After: https://...qbo.intuit.com/app/purgecompany
3. Type YES to confirm the action.
4. On the Wipe Company Data page, select the correct business type for the first question.
5. For the second question, select Create an empty chart of accounts.
6. Press Wipe Data.
