Yes, you can, tedddy2.

I'm here to guide you in customizing the rows to view the 300 vendors. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Expenses menu.
  2. Select the Vendors tab.
  3. Click the Gear icon above Action.
  4. On the Rows field, click the drop-down arrow.
  5.  Then select 300.

For your visual reference, I've attached a screenshot below.

I've also added our Manage vendors articles. From there, you'll be able to read guides that'll help you in completing your future task.

Please keep in touch with us by getting back to this thread if you'll need help in dealing with your vendor transactions. I'm always here to back you up.

Hi Charlene,

Thank you for this info, however I have completed that process many many times. My question is how do I default it to 300 permanently as every time I log in it reverts back to 150?

Thank you

Mike

Thanks for getting back to us, @tedddy2.

I appreciate you for trying the troubleshooting steps to set the Vendors rows to 300. I've replicated your concern and the Rows are still in 300 when I signed out/in using my test account.

As an initial troubleshooting step, try logging into your QBO account using a different or a private browser. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, thus causing some unusual responses. To use a private browser, here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox ).
  • Control Option (Safari).

Once logged in, go back to the Vendors menu and set the Rows to 300 then sign out/in again. If it works via a private browser, then you'll need to clear your browser cache. This will remove all the cache and helps your browser to function efficiently.

If the issue persists, I recommend using another browser. This way, we can see and check if this is a browser-related issue.

In the meantime, I'm adding this article to further guide you in managing your vendor and customer transactions using QBO: QuickBooks Help Articles. It includes topics about account management, banking, and expenses, to name a few. You can click the + More topics button to view other selections.

Drop a comment below if you have other concerns about utilizing the QBO features or inquiries. I'm just around to help. Take care always.
