Here's how:
 

1. Go to the Gear icon in the upper right corner of your screen.
2. Under Lists, select Recurring transactions.
3. Click New and choose the type in Transaction type.
4. Select the recurrence type: Scheduled, Reminder, or Unscheduled.
5. Set the frequency (e.g., Quarterly, Monthly, or Weekly).
6. For Quarterly, choose Monthly and enter 4 in Every number of months.
7. Hit Save template.
