Can I speak to a human being?

Glad to have you here in the Community, @info1510.

I would be happy to share the two options to change the credit card details for your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription.

If you subscribed to QBO through a web browser, let's log into your account as the Master or Company Admin. Then, proceed with the steps below.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select Account and Settings
  3. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. Click the Edit (Pencil) icon beside Payment Method.
  5. Update your credit card number and the details.
  6. Make sure the Billing Address in the program is the same as the one on your credit card statement.
  7. Click Save.

However, if you subscribed to QBO through an app store, we can go to Google Play (Android) or App Store (iPhone or iPad) to update your payment info.

Here are the steps for Google Play (Android):

  1. Open a web browser.
  2. Log into your Google Wallet account.
  3. Select Payment methods.
  4. Locate the card you want to update.
  5. Choose Edit.
  6. Make the necessary changes.
  7. Click Save.

For App Store (iPhone or iPad), just go to your device’s Settings menu and select iTunes App Store. Enter your Apple login credentials. Then, click Manage under Subscriptions and choose QuickBooks Online. Update your credit card info from there.

To learn more about the process above, check out this article: Update Your Payment Information For Your Subscription

You can also view your payment history in the Billing & Subscription tab. This page helps you manage your payment and plan info in QBO: Update Your Billing & Subscription Info.

Leave a comment below if you have other questions. I'm more than happy to help. Take care!

Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
