Can I speak to a representative?

Hey there Amy-Nagy.

Due to COVID-19, we are making some changes to our staffing and our support hours, which is now 6 AM-6 PM PT Monday-Friday. You can always contact chat support by following these steps: 

  1. Go to Help (?).
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us: Start a chatGet a callback or Ask the community.

I would personally recommend asking the community. Where you have access to help from Intuit Employees such as myself as well as help from businesses like yours. If you want, you can reply below and I'd love to assist with any questions you may have.

Hi, I got an email from Intuit saying there were going to be changes in my account according to prior conversation in the winter 2020. I need to verbally speak to a representative about this for clarity .

I would love to assist you with your queries. However, we're unable to do an outbound call here in the Community space. I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care support in case you need to speak with one of our live agents.

 

Here's how:

  1. In your QBO account, go to the Help (?) menu at the top.
  2. Scroll down and select Contact Us.
  3. Type in a brief description of your concerns, then hit Continue.
  4. Choose either Start a chat, or Get a callback.

If you need help with other tasks in QBO, you can browse for specific topics here and look for responses that fit your concern.
