I sold the business associated with this account in June 2019. Office has closed and phone numbers have been changed. The Merchants Services account is still open but not used in over 1 year. Charges continue to m credit card. Want to STOP.

There could be several reasons why you're unable to access your pay stubs.

Second, it's possible that your employer created a late or backdated paycheck. That said, you can wait for an email notification that your pay stub is ready.
