Can i speak to someone by phone?

You might have been given a discount when you created the account, heavensgatechurc. 


Once a promotion expires, the regular rate will automatically apply. The details about your subscription, including the monthly subscription fee, are emailed to you after you signed up for the account. I'd recommend checking out the email confirmation to see if a discount was applied when you activated your account.


You can also follow these steps on how you can reach out to our phone support team so they can discuss this further with you:


  1. Click the Help menu and click Contact Us.
  2. Let them know that you need help with your , then click Let's talk.
  3. Click Get a call or Start messaging if you want to start a chat session.

Please take note that due to the ongoing pandemic, our phone and chat support channels are only open between 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday-Friday, and from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturday. Here's a quick guide for more details: Support hours and types.

Your discounted period is expired and you have to pay the regular price now. If you wish to keep the lower price, you will need another effort. Utilize the 3rd party tool to migrate your data between QBO accounts.



Once you are ready to proceed, open a NEW QBO account with a current discounted rate. You may get a discounted price for up to 6 months.

Welcome to the Community, Kokomo Cab LLC. I'd be more than happy to help you renew your account.

Upon signing in, you'll be prompted to resubscribe. If you're not seeing this option, I'd recommend reactivating your subscription manually.

Here's how:

  1. Log in.
  2. Use the Gear (⚙️) icon.
  3. Under Your Company, choose Account and settings.
  4. Access your Billing & Subscription tab, then click Resubscribe.
  5. Enter the billing information.
  6. Select Subscribe.


Now your subscription will be active again. Next, I'd recommend reviewing your upcoming charge:

  1. Sign out, then back in.
  2. Use the Gear (⚙️) icon, then pick Account and settings.
  3. Open Billing & Subscription and review your Next charge date.


If it's a day that's already passed, you'll want to get in touch with our Customer Care team to prevent back-billed charges. They'll be able to pull up the account in a secure environment and discuss your subscription with you.
