You have to request a call back or chat. Being this late in the day, you may want to wait until tomorrow. But request it as early in the day as possible, to make sure they have time to respond to your request.
Log in to your QBO Account
Click the? Helpicon.
Enter your concern in the field and hitLet’s talk.

I suggest going to the Help icon. From there, you can fill in a piece of information so an expert can call you back. You also have the option to schedule an appointment instead so that one of our support can reach you depends on your availability.
Open your QuickBooks Account.
At the top right, click the Help icon.
Type your concern in the Type something field.
Click I still need a human.
Hit Contact us.
You'll be routed into the How can we help? page. Then, select how you want to contact them and fill in the information.
