Do you only need to mirror data from Wave or do you need to convert your data completely to QB Online?

No, I was wrong -- I do not need to to mirror the data -- I need to take the data from WAVE and put it into QB on-line. Please help! Thank you!

Can I suck in transactions to on-line QuickBooks from another on-line software program?

Hi there, TrishABQ. To bring your financial data into QuickBooks Online (QBO) , there are reliable methods to ensure a smooth transition from other platforms. We’re here to assist you.

You can seamlessly connect your accounting system with QBO to transfer your data directly.

To integrate another accounting platform, it’s best to check whether they offer direct integration with QuickBooks Online. Alternatively, you can search for the third-party app that connect both systems.

Here’s how:

  1. On the upper right of your screen, click the Integrations tab.
  2. Click Find integrations.image.png
  3. Search for the app name and select it from the results.
  4. Click Get App Now.
  5. Review the app details, and follow the on-screen instructions to connect your account.
  6. Adjust app settings as needed to ensure compatibility.

You can also manually transfer your data by exporting it from your current accounting software and importing it into QuickBooks Online using spreadsheets or CSV files through the Import Data tool.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Import Data under the TOOLS section.
  2. From the dropdown menu, choose the data type you want to import, then click Import.
  3. Choose your preferred import method and follow the on-screen prompts to continue.

For more information, check out this article: Common questions about importing data to QuickBooks Online.

After importing your data, review reports and reconcile accounts to confirm everything transferred correctly.
