Thank you for your inquiry regarding the availability of old invoices, @gracefulgardens2020.
Currently, QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) retains invoice data for the current and the previous year, which is equivalent to approximately 24 months. As such, you'll only have access to invoices from last year. Those from multiple years back aren't available within the system.
