Can sign in with admin password but get password error message when try to change it

I know my admin password and can sign in to QB with it, but when I try to do a routine password change (after logging in), it tells me my old password in incorrect.  I know it's correct. I just don't want to be stuck with this password forever.

Nevermind!  I finally saw another post that mentioned turning off the firewall and trying again.  That worked!
