Here's how you can request a phone call from a support agent from within QuickBooks Online:

1. Click the Help icon in the upper right of the screen.
2. Select Contact US on the pop-up. 
3. Enter what you're needing assistance with in the How can we help? field and choose Continue. 
4. Click Get a callback.
5. Enter your contact information.
6. Select Call me.

Should you not see the option for Get a callback, you can toggle the option by entering Support in How can we help?.

If you still want to talk to one of our support, you can arrange a callback from them by going to the Help icon at the top right of your QBO account. Follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Help icon to connect to a live support agent. 
2. Click on Contact Us button and provide some details about this concern.
3. After adding some insight, tick on the Let's talk button. 
4. Lastly, select the Get a callback button to arrange a call from them.

need help with printing a payroll check

I’m here to guide you on how to print payroll checks in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

Let’s go to the Workers menu and print the checks from there. Here’s how:

1. Go to the Workers menu.
2. Select the Employees tab.
3. Click Paycheck List under Run payroll button.
4. Select the paychecks you want to print (change the date range if necessary)
5. Then click Print.
6. A PDF will open then click the Printer icon to print the check.

Additionally, you might want to invite your employee to your workforce. That way, you won't have to print their paycheck. Instead, let them view their pay stubs online.
