It's great to see a new face here in the Community. The best way to receive a callback from our Customer Support Team is by doing a few easy steps within your account.
Here's how:
- Open QuickBooks.
- Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Hit the Contact Us button.
- Type in your question and click Let's Talk.
- Scroll down and choose to Get a callback.
That's all there is to it!
