Before anything else, can you tell us more about your concern? This way, we can provide you with accurate information to resolve it here. Also, the Community is another available source for support other than phone or chat. Lastly, we have other users or members of the forum that can chime in and share their recommendations.   

On the other hand, here's how to contact us:

1. Select the Help menu at the top.    

   

2. Go to Contact Us.
3. Enter your brief concern in the box.
4. Press Let’s talk.
5. Select Get a call. 
6. Enter your personal information.
7. Click Confirm my call.
