Hello, @suzanne9.
At this time, the feature to add your Terms and Conditions or Care of Product Tips to the customers in an email format or to your sales forms is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
You can only add on the box provided that will display on the sales form and on the statement. However, you can create and customize your template to add these fields. Check this article for more information: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates.
I'm always here if you need anything else. Keep safe and have a wonderful day!

Thank you. It confirmed my thoughts on the topic. Hopefully in the future there will be the facility to attach Terms and Conditions, etc.

You're always welcome, @suzanne9.
The option to add your Terms and Conditions or Care of Product Tips to your sales forms is a good feature that can be added in the future.
With this, I want to make sure you're updated with the latest features and upgrades that are recently implemented in QBO. You can learn more about it by visiting our blog: The QuickBooks Blog. It also contains the list of updates for June 2020.
I'm also adding this article to further guide you in managing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account: Help articles for QBO. It contains topics about invoices, income, expenses, and accounting to name a few.
