Can't Compete Your Action - an error occurred while downloading your bank accounts
In trying to use QBO on my Android Mobile Device, I always and I mean always, get this message "an error occurred while downloading your bank accounts on mobile app". After about 5 or so minutes, I then get the pop up message "Can't Compete Your Action". Once I click "OK", it goes back to "Gathering latest banking data..." for about 5 minutes and again "Can't Complete Your Action". Just an endless loop.
I have some troubleshooting steps for you to fix this issue.
First, change the data connection on your phone. If you're connected via mobile data, change it to Wi-Fi or vice versa. Then, close and restart the mobile app.
If the same thing happens, clear cached the app data to refresh it. You can follow the Mobile Troubleshooting Quick-Start Guide article, then, proceed to Step 3 for the detailed steps. Lastly, continue to Step 4 and 5 to finish the troubleshooting process.
