There are a few reasons why you're unable to connect your bank:
The bank has multiple names on the list
The bank is unable to connect to all types of accounts (for example, personal accounts vs. business accounts)
The bank is not a participating financial institution
First, let's make sure you've selected all the possible links. You can search by using the bank URL to ensure you are using the correct listing.
If you're still unable to connect, we can try to open QuickBooks Online using a private browser, and try to connect from there. If you're able to do so, go back to the main browser, then clear the cache. Clearing the cache will fix browsing issues.
