Can't find Bills in the Expenses drop-down menu, and heading to New to create new bill doesn't give me the option to upload it as a PDF.

Please know that the option to upload bills in QBO is available. However, it will only accept CSV files and not PDFs. To do this, please follow the steps outlined below.
