Can't find Bills under Expenses to upload my bills

Can't find Bills in the Expenses drop-down menu, and heading to New to create new bill doesn't give me the option to upload it as a PDF.

Please know that the option to upload bills in QBO is available. However, it will only accept CSV files and not PDFs. To do this, please follow the steps outlined below.

 

  1. Go to the Expenses tab.
  2. Click Expenses.
  3. From the New Transaction dropdown, select Import Bills.
  4. Follow the on-screen steps.

 

In the meantime, since you want to upload PDFs, you can consider utilizing and exploring third-party applications that offer this feature. Let me assist you with how to do it:

 

  1. Click Apps from the left panel.
  2. Go to the Find Apps tab.
  3. From the search bar, type in the keyword to look for an app.
  4. Once done, you can choose an app from the list of results.
