Can't login, get "Double check your info We can’t find an account with what you entered."

Suddenly this morning I am unable to log in to the company account. I get the error message "Double check your info We can’t find an account with what you entered."

Have restarted the browser AND have tried to access the account on an entirely different computer - same response.

Since you've already restarted your browser and used a different computer. I recommend contacting our Customer Live Support Team, who can help you restore your access.

 

  1. Click the (? Help) icon in your QuickBooks Online account in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Contact Us, then enter a short description of your concern.
  3. Choose Chat with us to start a live chat with an agent or request a callback for phone support.
