Can't run P&Ls for a few days. Says "something went wrong. We are working on it" but no updates on this issue. I need P&Ls for my franchisor this week. What's the status?

Welcome and thank you for sharing your experience when trying to open/run the Profit and Loss report. Allow me to share information about running reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

We have an ongoing issue and received reports with other users getting the same performance when trying to open reports in QBO. Our engineers are already informed about the issue and they are currently working together for an immediate fix to sort everything out.

 

For now, I recommend contacting our Support Team to receive resolution updates and be added to the list of affected users. Once added you'll automatically receive an email notification for the latest updates.

 

For the support's contact information and open hours:

 

  1. Go to: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Online.
  3. On the Contact Us page, click a topic.
  4. Click on the Get Phone Number button to see the support number.
