Hello there, @whchomerepairs. Are these transactions already imported into QuickBooks Solopreneur (QBSP), or have they stopped syncing since February?
If they haven't downloaded, the program depends entirely on your bank's data. Please check your bank's website for any notifications blocking the sync or contact them to help retrieve the data.
On the other hand, if the entries were already imported and categorized but have since disappeared, please contact our Live Support team to investigate the issue. Here's how:
- Log in to your QBSP account.
- Select (?) Help icon.
- In the Search tab, enter your concern.
- Click Contact Us, then follow the prompt.
