To process the refund for the cancelled service, I suggest getting in touch with our QuickBooks Desktop Support Team. Our support has the chance to process the refund and pull up your account securely.

To get in touch with our support:

1. In the QuickBooks homepage, click on the Help menu.
2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
3. Click on Contact Us.
4. Type in your question under Tell us more about your question and click the Search tab.
5. Click on Start a Message under Here's how to connect with a QuickBooks expert.

You can also check on the steps provided in this article: Contact the QuickBooks Desktop Customer Support Team. After getting in touch with our Support Team, the refund should be process successfully.

I was able to speak to a representative today.  I now have a reference# for my refund, so hopefully that will take care of it.
