We switched to Quickbooks Online October 2018 and requested then that the Desktop payroll/software subscription be cancelled. We were charged for Payroll in January and I called and was able to get that refunded and they "supposedly" cancelled the Software subscription while I was on the phone. However, we've been charged for the Software now and I am having trouble getting through on the phone. I do not remember my log in for the old account. My name is tied to another business account and my request for new password is being sent to that account.
