We just renewed our QBO subscription. However, as a nonprofit, we are able to obtain a subscription through another vendor for a portion of the cost. If we cancel our subscription now, will the full amount of fees paid be refunded or just a portion?
I'm here to share some details about this, jklafata.
Any subscription charges, including refund requests, are handled by our QuickBooks Online Support Team. I recommend contacting them so they can review the fees and process the appropriate refund for you.
Here's how:
To stop your subscription, I recommend following the steps shared in this article: Cancel your QuickBooks Online Plan or Trial.
Once done, you have read-only access to your books for one year. After that, you have to resubscribe to access the file.
Moreover, you can export your data from your books in QuickBooks Online. Doing so ensures you can access them outside the program or import them to your new account.
Please keep us posted if you need assistance managing or moving your books. We're always here to help you out.
