Join nowToday I opened my Quickbooks Desktop Pro and discovered that it will not connect to my bank. I also received an email from quickbooks telling me my subscription was cancelled. Today is exactly one year since I installed Quickbooks.
There was no warnings, no emails, no nothing, just cancelled.
My credit card info was apparently not valid any longer as it was missing when I logged into my account. So I updated my credit card info yet my subscription "Intuit QuickBooks Plus Annual Subscription Pro" still says Status Cancelled.
How can I reinstate this subscription?

None of those suggestions worked. I tried the first suggestion to click the bell icon and there was no reactivate icon.
I tried the second suggestion. I tried messaging and nobody ever replied. So I attempted calling the support number and after waiting on the line for over 3 hours I was unable to hold any longer.
I need quickbooks to work for me. I don't know why intuit would have cancelled my subscription with out any notification and then wouldn't give me a method to reinstate.
