I have a Apple desktop, with the Parallels program loaded into it to open a windows file. I have Windows 10, and I'm using Quickbooks Pro2020. Up until a couple days ago, I had no issues. Now when I go to the Quickbooks icon and double click to open the program and get to the sign in screen, nothing happens.
Hi there gresse. This may be an issue with you running windows on a mac. But I would start by trying a clean install of QuickBooks Desktop. The clean install article I linked has step by step instructions to performing a clean install of the program which will eliminate any corrupted program issues.
