Chart of Account Transactions in QB Accountant

I am trying to setup a QB Accountant Online account.

 

When I go to Banking -> My Checking account, none of my transactions are showing "Matched."

 

When I went to Chart of Accounts -> My Checking account has no line items.

 

What am I doing wrong?

You're not doing anything wrong, Englishtheriot. Let me ease your confusion.

 

We'll go over the first one. You'll have to review and match the transactions manually. This way, it'll be added to the register. You can refer to this article for more information: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

 

Regarding your last concern, you're unable to find the line items in your checking account. You can only see the transaction type, payee or customer, account, and amount. You'll have to open the transaction manually so you can see the line items added to it.
