To make sure I'm on the same page, are you trying to merge two company files in QuickBooks? If so, that option is currently unavailable. However, if you're trying to combine reports from two company data files, let me share the ways to do that.
If you're using the QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise, it has a built-in feature that allows you to combine reports from multiple company files.
If you need other report combinations or you're using QuickBooks Desktop Pro or Premier, you can use third-party apps that integrate well with QuickBooks so you can combined reports. While we can't recommend a specific program, you can browse our different options for third-party apps from the Apps Center.

We have two scrdap yards and would like to combine them into one partnership, but keep the companies seperate by class.
