Commbank has updated their site. Since they have done that quickbooks does not seem to be updating the details.

If you’re referring to updating the login information, you’ll have to manually change it in QBO. This is to ensure the security of your account. I can help and guide you on how to do this task.

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu on the left panel and choose Banking.
  2. Pick Commbank from the list and hit the Pencil icon.
  3. Tap the Edit sign in info menu to open the Sign in to account screen.
  4. From there, change the necessary information.
  5. Then, hit Save and connect.
