Let's troubleshoot your web browser to resolve this, @lpblue.
In the situation where you're logged into the community but encountering authentication errors when trying to reply, troubleshooting your web browser will help identify if the problem is related to browser-specific issues such as corrupted cache outdated browser versions, or compatibility issues.
Let's start by opening your account using a private window to ensure that no cached data interferes with the login process.
Please use the following keyboard shortcuts for a private session:
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
Then, login to your Community profile to respond to your previous post.
- Go to QuickBooks Community.
- Click Sign In and enter your account information.

- From the People icon dropdown, select My profile.
- Choose the Replies or Posts tab.
- Open one of your posts.
If you don't get any errors using the private mode, switch back to your regular browser and clear its cache to get rid of stored data that might be causing problems. You may also consider using another supported browser.
