This question has probably already been answered but I cant find it.
My company supplies water & ice for our employees in the summer. They do all outside work. Where would I put this in my chart of accounts as an allocated overhead?
If it is related to your employees' work expense, then it would be a Cost of Goods Sold. It is related to jobs. I think I would call it Job Sight Supplies.
