Currently, the option to generate a link to access your company file is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. If you need to connect your QBO account, you can reach out to your CRM's support to check if they have a way to integrate or sync your data in QuickBooks.

Which CRM app do you have? If it doesn't support QBO, you may need a 3rd party connector.
