On the other hand, the reason why you’re unable to view your previous form is that your Intuit Full Service Payroll account is inactive. With that said, you can no longer access your 2018 forms. You’ll have to contact our support so they can guide you on how to archive the forms.

I have been dealing with this quickbooks/ intuit NIGtHTMARE for almost 3 months. For the last two weeks I have called everyday and wasted at least an hour. I'm constantly given different information. My customer paid for services on the 8th of September. It's now the 19th of November I still have not received my funds. I have sent in over 60 documents to prove who I was. Thankfully I found out they even needed them I have not received any emails, callbacks when I was told I would. They finally released the hold then deposited funds in a closed account. So they didn't even put them where they told me they were going to go. Once again I'm back to having to wait 24 to 48 which I've been doing for 6 weeks. I asked the supervisor Jay today to let me do the instant deposit. He told me there is no such thing and definatly not in 30 min. Well once again either quickbooks is lying to all their clients or Jay didn't have a clue and didn't want to help me resolved this on going nightmare. Beware of this company I have never in all my life dealt with so many people that didn't have a clue what they were doing. Horrible customer service.
