Hi info111,

 

Some contractors might not have the personal details updated in QuickBooks. Let's make sure they have the correct information by following these steps:

  1. On the left panel click Expenses and choose Vendors.
  2. Click the vendor's name and click the Edit button.
  3. From the Vendor Information window, update email address as needed.

Once done, you can re-send the invite and have your contractor access their 1099's online. Please see this article for the steps: Invite a contractor to add their own 1099 tax info.
