Hello!
I am looking to export a company file from Quickbooks Enterprise Solutions 21.0 (Trial Version) to a recently created QBO company. During the export process I am met with an error (screenshot attached) saying "Sorry, but you need to be an admin to export your file to Quickbooks Online". Issue is that I am logged in as the Admin and that Admin login is also the Primary Admin, so unsure what the issue could be here? I have restarted QB Desktop, tried assigning a different user the role of Admin, and a few other options, none of which have worked. Any suggestions help!
