Convert a QBX file to QBW in Desktop Pro*****HELP PLEASE

I received a QBX file from an accountant for a new business I'm taking over.  I have Desktop Pro 2020.  How do I convert it so I can open it in Pro?

Convert a QBX file to QBW in Desktop Pro*****HELP PLEASE

Your QB Pro is only able to open 3 file formats (i.e QBW, QBB, QBM). You can only convert the QBX file to QBW one on QB Premier Accountant. Ask your accountant to do so.
