Converting from online to desktop

I have done the export to convert from Online version to desktop. I received the e-mail from Intuit saying it was successful and to log in and click the task or to do item called "Download the company file created on 05/16/2019".

When I log in, I do not see this task or to do item. Where do I need to go to find that?

Hello,

You need to go back to the Gear Icon/Export Data and choose go back to desktop again.  after clicking next I think 2 times, you'll get a screen saying your file is ready and a download link.

Re: Converting from online to desktop

I have posted separately, but this conversation caught my eye.  I am ONLY wanting to convert USBANK downloaded 2019 YTD bank account transactions (as of January 1, 2019) in CSV format, to the necessary OBO format and then upload them to QB Desktop Pro 2019.

Instructions I found online suggest that the format conversion from CSV bank download to OBO format AND then the upload of all 2019 YTD transactions can both be accomplished within QB Desktop Pro.  I'm not seeing how.

Any ideas?
