Create a minimum Statement amount

I have revolving customers that order custom printed giftcards from us.  I enter each order into Invoices.  Then on the end of the month I send a Statement that includes all orders for the month.  I have been getting smaller orders where the customer may only order a few cards.  The monthly statement may only be $3.20.  How can I set up a automatic minimum so at the end of the month a min $5 statement is created.  So, if they only have $3.20 in product, the statement will apply an extra $1.80 to make it $5?

Hello, @prioritycard.

 

At this time, we can't set up an automatic minimum amount so the statement created becomes $5 at the end of the month. To achieve the amount, you have to manually add/enter invoices for your customers.

 

A statement shows you a summary of customers' invoices, payments, credits, and balances. For more information about statements, check out this article: Create a billing statement.
