Credit card account missing all deposits from bank account

My credit card account is missing all incoming payments from my bank account, so the accounts won't reconcile.  How do I label the outdoing bank account payments properly so that they are recorded as deposits in the credit card account?  Thanks.

Re: Credit card account missing all deposits from bank account

Hi there, aljhsajlkhakjashd.

The best way to record these payments is by transferring funds. Then, match the transferred payment through the credit card account. To do this, you can follow these steps:

  1. From the left menu, select Banking.
  2. Select the correct bank account.
  3. Choose the credit card transaction.
  4. Change the radio button from Add to Transfer.
  5. From the Account drop-down, choose the credit card account.
  6. Select Transfer.
  7. Select the Recognized tab and locate the transaction.
  8. Choose Match in the action column.
