Credit card charges are going into the wrong account, need a call back

Hello, @coastaldht.

 

You can schedule a callback by clicking the Help icon in your QuickBooks account. I can guide you on how to do it.

 

Let me first share the steps on how you can verify the billing information in your account. This way, you can update it.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Choose the Billing & Subscription tab to the left.
  4. Click Edit in the Payment Method section.
  5. Verify the card details are correct.
  6. Select Save when you're finished.

On the other hand, you can follow the steps below to contact us:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Help (?)menu.
  3. Select the Contact Us button.
  4. Enter your concern in the What can we help you with? Field.
  5. Click Let’s talk.
  6. Choose to Get a callback. 
  7. Enter your contact information.
