I read on a QuickBooks ad that if I got the mobile payment account that I would receive a free credit card reader and I emailed QuickBooks a month ago but no answer can anyone help

When you order the credit card reader, the delivery process would only take 5-7 business days, Tenn.
Aside from that, we cannot ship the item to P.O. boxes. It might be the reason why you didn't receive the credit card reader.
I'd recommend contacting our Payments Support Team about this. They can help you track item and reprocess the delivery.
