Custom and network options wrong?

Hello,

I can't find my post here. So starting over, I purchased a college textbook that has the License and Product number. I am having trouble to open or restore an existing company from Canvas platform. I followed the instructions to take this file Intro_15.QBM to "Save Link As" and then click to open it. It won't move to do anything. I wonder if I had the Custom and Network options wrong when I first initiated the QB.

 

Plus is there a phone number or live chat that I can work with as I am deaf.

You’ll need to save the file locally in your desktop where QuickBooks is installed so you’re able to restore it seamlessly. You might reach out to canvas for the proper way of transferring the file to your desktop.

 

If you still need assistance from our support team, you reach them out through the steps below:

  1. Click Help at the top.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Give a brief description of your issue and click Continue.
  4. Select Message an Agent.

Drop by again if you have other questions about QuickBooks.
