Custom Invoice Template does not show Customer Contact
I have created a number of custom templates in Enterprise 18. I have added the "Customer Contact" data field, however, nothing comes in from the customer record when the templates are used.
**There is nothing in the Customer record specifically labeled "Customer Contact". I thought it should come from the Full Name field, but nothing populates. ** I found the tab in the Customer Center where I can put in Contacts. But I am still having trouble with it populating the document. It seems to work one time and then not work after that.
How can I get a Customer Contact name to appear in my documents (invoices, packing lists, sales orders, etc)?
