Hi there, @davidharryy.
I have replicated this scenario with my other account as a standard user. I can see the overdue deposit and all the transactions with the customers. Let’s edit the limitation access of your added standard user to see if it still has the same issue.
I’d be glad to show you the steps below to edit the limitations of your added standard user.
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under Your Company column, select Manage Users.
- Select the Edit button along the user’s name.
- Tick the All option, and choose if you wanted them to have Payroll access.
- For the following options, you can choose how you wanted them to access your QuickBooks Online account.
- Hit Save.
The important part here is you have chosen the All option so that they can see the transactions for customers or vendors.
If they still cannot see the transaction after you have edited their access, I suggest to let them do a browser troubleshooting steps. Here’s how:
- Use a private browser and try if they can see the transaction.
- If they CAN = Go back to the standard browser and clear the cache.
- If they CANNOT = Try to use another browser then repeat the 1st procedure to use a private browser.
The last remedy I can suggest is to contact support if the possible fix I have mentioned didn’t work. They can perform screen sharing to know what are the other ways to fix that.
Also, I see this article to be handy in the future with customizing your reports in QBO.
Let me know if you need further assistance with changing the limitations of the added user. I’ll be around to help you through. Take care and have a great week!
