Hi All,

This is really annoying that when it comes to sales, Qucikbooks sales team are available and notice anytime you login to trial account and keep asking your feedback.

when you purchase and ask for support, there is no one to support you and you get no response!!!

I have purchased a business account for limited company and in the Sales part I see "Donors" instead of "Customers". seems something mixed of between none profit organization and limite company.

I get no response. any one can help, please.

THIS IS VERY BAD AFTER SALES SUPPORT!!!!

Hello evafoodindustries, I'd like to help you out.

I can see the importance of changing the Donor term to Customers within your QuickBooks Online account. The steps below will guide you through the process of getting this thing done. Here's how:

Go to the Gear icon.
Click Account and Settings under Your Company.
Select the Advanced tab, click Edit in the Other preferences section.
In the Customer label, select Customer instead of Donors.
Hit Save. Then, Done.
