What have you done in customer center! I used to go there, select a customer and could view all invoices; or open invoices etc. Now when I go there I get a list of ALL invoices for ALL customers. This is a horrible change! I used this view all the time to see open invoices for a single customer. Is there a way to get back to that view WITHOUT creating a report for a customer and customizing it EVERYTIME! Thanks

We haven't changed the Customer Center interface in QuickBooks Desktop. Let's try opening a sample file to isolate this issue.
If it's showing all invoices for that specific customer, I recommend repairing QuickBooks. Doing that typically resolves common behaviors like this.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately this did not work. I opened the sample file and see the Customer looks exactly as I want and expected. I did the "repair" as instructed, rebooted the PC and it still looks the same. Possibly there is something I am doing wrong. I've attached a screen shot (not terribly clear, sorry) of what my customer center looks like when I open it. Any thoughts now?
STOP THE PRESSES, I FIGURED IT OUT! Sooooo, when I went into Customer Center and clicked on customers and jobs, it only seemed to show a list of all customers; when I clicked on transactions I got a list of all transactions. BUT when clicking on customers and jobs I noticed on the far right hand side of the screen there was an arrow pointing left, when I clicked on that arrow I got the screen I wanted! Seems it automatically had that set up to full screen and I just needed to click the arrow to scoot it all left to see my old screen!! I have no idea if this makes sense; but it was indeed operator error and it's all better now!

I'm glad you're able to view all invoices now in the Customer Center. Yes, you're right, if you click the arrow pointing to the right, this will show the full list only, but if you click it back when it's pointing on the left side, this will show the list and details.
