Customise customer statement and separate Donors and customers

I'd like to see a distinction made between donors and customers in when using QuickBooks online as a non profit. Could you reformat your statement for Quickbooks plus to look like this; Date, Activity/Invoice # ,Reference/Description, Due Date ,Invoice amount, Payments ,Balance. Also, could you remove memo option when creating invoice and instead select payment method to be used by customer, and under that provide option of setting up details of bank account or any other means of payment desired. As a professional accountant using Quickbooks online, i'd appreciate update on this.

Re: Customise customer statement and separate Donors and customers

Let me address all your concerns, Pierre5.

With regards to separating statements between Customers and Donors, you only have one option. It could either be defining them as Customers or Donors.

Also, in customizing templates for Statements we only have an option to either list each transaction as a single line or that includes all details each line. In addition, you have a way to show aging table at the bottom of the statement. You can refer to this article for more information: Create and manage statements

These are good suggestions and i'll personally send them to our Product Development Team.

If you have more questions, I'll be here to help you out.

Could you create select payment method to be used by customer, and under that provide option of setting up details of bank account or any other means of payment desired(or under payment methods allow for creation of details.
