Customize Printing

Greetings! We have moved to QBO, and cannot seem to figure out how to get our print settings/preferences to stay. In QBD, the print settings would remember our preferences. So if we printed checks or deposits slips, the printer would automatically print one-sided and from the manual paper feed. And invoices would automatically print back to back, from our paper tray. We cannot figure out how to get this to happen in QBO. Anyone have any tips or tricks? Appreciate any help you can send our way!

Thanks for reaching out, @kari.vandermaas.

QuickBooks Online doesn't store Printer Settings itself. Instead, your Windows Printer options are what controls one-sided or two-sided prints and paper feed preferences. If your printer preferences aren't staying, I recommend reaching out to the manufacturer of your printer or your IT professional. It sounds like either a Windows or driver issue.
