Let's use a private browser, this disables saving the browsing history and the web cache.
- Google Chrome: press CTRL + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: press CTRL + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If it works with a private browser, please access your account with the default browser and clear cache. The browser hold onto information which can cause problems over time. It's always a good idea to clear cache on regular basis.
You can also try to use a different browser.
If the error persists, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online support.

- Click the Help icon.
- Contact Us.
- Enter keyword, and click Continue.
