Database Server Manager

QB database is stored on a server running Database Server Manager.

Both QBCFMonitorService & QuickbooksDB29 services are showing as "Started".

And I am able with connect 3 concurrent users running the desktop application on their local machine.

 

However, the program itself is not opening anymore on the server, and no icon is showing in the icon tray.

I tried to re-install the application, to no effect.

 

What would be your recommendation to regain access to the ?

Before going into detail, I want to ask if you're receiving a firewall error message? 

 

If so, there are several steps you can take to fix this firewall error. First, you can download the QuickBooks Tools Hub and then run QuickBooks File Doctor. This tool runs a mini repair of your server and firewall. When it's finished, open your company file in QuickBooks Desktop.

Thank you for the assistance Kendra.

 

No error message that I can remember.

 

But I will give QuickBooks Tools Hub a try.
